Sleep: A Swimmer's Night Time Job

Sleep

In order for athletes to function at their full potential, they must have the proper amount of resting time throughout the day and in their sleep. How much is exactly enough sleep? Well, I came up with this revolutionary calculator to determine exactly how much Hilary sleeps per night.

                                                   I calculated Hilary's...

-Walking speed to our 4th period
-How enthusiastic she was to go to 4th period
-The distance of her strides
-Her shoe size
-How she did her hair in the morning
(Straightened= She's having a great day) or (All Natural "Curly?"= Untamed and on the prowl)
-The contents of her Subway sandwich
(Honey oat bread, lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, american cheese, cucumbers, and ham)
-The angle of her crapping parking (probably due to sleep exhaustion)

Finally, all multiplied by swimmer^3

The results revealed that Hilary was easily sleeping up to eight hours a night, napping once on the weekends, and sleeping in on the holidays.

In order to top that, my friend and I decided to follow a strict sleeping schedule. Five nights a week, we slept for an exact nine hours and twenty three minutes. On the weekends, we slept for an exact nine hours and thirty seven minutes.
This went on for about two weeks and I'm glad to say that we can easily beat Hilary even in our dreams.

  1. You uncoded her success. This is a remotely stunning, 'how to" blog. I believe im ready to beat this so called 'hillary" by reaching my inner 'mer-man'.
